An self-contained mobile heat exchanger tube bundle cleaning truck with mounted water pumps and high pressure waterjetting equipment which is operated remotely eliminating the need for operating personnel to be in close proximity to cleaning nozzles or other high pressure lines during tube cleaning operations. Significantly higher water pressures and significantly higher water flow rates of 100 gpm can be utilized which accelerates the rate of cleaning and the efficiency and the effectiveness of the cleaning operation.
Through the provision of a nozzle head at the end of an articulable boom, it is possible to adjust the location of the nozzle through movement of the boom in order to clean:
The invention relates to a street legal mobile mounted tube bundle pulling apparatus that is moveable from a lifting position to a travelling position. A longitudinal track is attached to the bed of the vehicle. A sled that is contiguous with said track supports a turntable. A vertical telescoping column is mounted on the turntable. A bundle pulling apparatus is attached to the vertical telescoping column. Hydraulic cylinders are used for actuating both the turntable and the sled. By actuating the sled the telescoping column and bundle pulling apparatus that is a majority of the mass can be dragged to and between a rearward lifting position and a forward travelling position.
An aerial tube bundle puller for extracting a tube bundle from a heat exchanger is provided, comprising a cradle supporting a carriage frame and a power source, a sled, attachable to a tube bundle, with a hydraulic powered screw drive to propel the sled on the carriage frame, a hydraulic elevator sliceable on the carriage frame for adjusting and supporting the tube bundle and an extension for adjusting the length of the carriage frame.
In its work Customer Contractor may use certain patented equipment trade secrets, technology and other intellectual property related to heat exchangers extraction and cleaning (Heat Exchanger Technology). Customer herby releases and forever discharges the owner of such patents, P2S, LLC, and its Affiliates, and their respective successors and assigns and each of the foregoing entities, offices, directors, shareholders, insurers, attorney, employees and other agents (and their respective heirs, executors, administrators and representatives) from any and all claims, cause of action, damages, obligations or liabilities, whether know or unknown and whether or not currently existing or arising in the future, based on or arising directly or indirectly out of the use of the Heat Exchanger Technology. As against the owner of such patents, P2S, LLC, and its Affinities, and their respective successors and assigns and each of the foregoing entities╒ officers, directors, shareholders, insurers, attorney, employees and other agents (and their respective heir, executors, administrators and representatives) Customer waives its rights to loss of profits or incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages arising out of the Heat Exchanger Technology, whether resulting from negligence or otherwise. For purpose of this paragraph the term Affiliate shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Rule 405 under the Securities Act of 1933 as amended. This paragraph shall not affect the liability of Contractor to Customer.
